Discover

Define

What does efficiency mean to our customer? Is it related to head count reducing? Is it the business process that creates inefficiency, or is the current incumbent below performance standard? Is contract management becoming a barrier to the uncertain journey?


Design

Draft the commitment into a route map of efficiency with measurable output and the agreed platform. Structure of the process should be well understood to get a similar frame of thinking in execution mode.


Develop

Agreeable action points, timelines and leveraging modules must be put on the table and reviewed by our client for feedback change to eliminate the disruption during the implementation.


Deploy

Tactical process is now ready to execute with a committed time frame.  A consistent measurement applied to look at an efficiency level is progressing towards the original plan.

Step by step idea, concept and strategy become a real thing and tangible output would be seen as a benefit towards the original client needs. Action and reflection may involve together to align what is expected and what is the bias. Corrective action may be injected before it will become a final shape.
