Haykal has shown his strong passion in training and development area 

since he started his professional career 10 years ago in private sectors business and worldwide company like FEDEX, with his excellent public speaking skill. 

His interest in creating the training module in multimedia model also driven by his deep attention to detail of business process. 

While working in MR DIY Indonesia, Haykal investing more than 60 working days at the store in Malaysia, tackling a multi various job from cashier, store boy, promoter up to supervisor level to gain a detail store operation management ability. His systematic thinking process as a talent has created and output producing more than twenty training modules successfully at the ground store level.
